Hi Myrna & Albert, just had a look at Auriga's log, we were at Block Island on the 21 Sept and the weather was about the same. We holed up at Three Mile Harbour for a few days after fighting unfavorable conditions (sw from Gardiners Island off of Long Island). We then had a long sail through Plum Gut to Pt Jefferson. I'm guessing youare still at Block Island given the time of your post.
